First i try to isolate the problem, inserting boards B+C into a know working board A. Game runs fine so everything is fine with boards B+C.
Looks like a mask rom address problem, which is provided by CPS-A-01 capcom custom ASIC. I check all connections between CPS-A-01 pins 75-98 and Connect "CN-4" pins G4-14 and H4-14 ( check schematics ), and all of them was as expect. Actually the board looks pretty new so i started to suspect the CPS-A-01 it self.
That ASIC ( CPS-A-01 ) is found at any CPS1 and CPS2 board ( yes, CPS2 has exactly the same ASIC ), so i found at an auction site a pretty cheap and standalone CPS2 Board A . I replace the CPS-A-01 from that board and everything worked again.
